Off-Scalp Applications (open air only):

1. Mixing: In a non-metallic bowl, mix 1 ounce of Quick Blue High Performance Powder Lightener with 1.5 to 2 fluid ounces of 20, 30, or 40 Volume Developer. Use the lower volume developer for less lift and the higher volume for more lift. Stir until you achieve a smooth consistency.

2. Application: Apply the mixture evenly to the hair, ensuring full coverage from root to tip. Use a brush or applicator for precise and controlled application.

3. Processing: Allow the product to process for up to 50 minutes. Check the hair’s lightening progress regularly during this time. It’s essential to monitor the development to achieve the desired level of lightness.

4. Monitoring: Check the lightening progress at regular intervals. Do not exceed the recommended processing time. Avoid using heat or a cap during the process.

5. Rinsing: Once the desired degree of lightness is achieved, thoroughly rinse the hair with lukewarm water until the water runs clear.

On-Scalp Applications Only:

1. Mixing: In a non-metallic bowl, mix 1 ounce of Quick Blue High Performance Powder Lightener with 1.5 to 2.5 fluid ounces of 20 or 30 Volume Oreor Developer. Again, adjust the developer volume based on the desired lift level.

2. Application: Apply the mixture evenly to the hair, focusing on the scalp area. Ensure full coverage while avoiding direct contact with the scalp to minimize irritation.

3. Processing: Allow the product to process for up to 50 minutes, checking the lightening progress at regular intervals.

4. Monitoring: Monitor the lightening progress carefully, avoiding heat or cap usage during processing.
