How to Use: For Off-the-Scalp Application:
- Mix 1 oz. of Color Charm Powder Lightener with 1.5 to 2 oz. of Wella Developer (20, 30, or 40 Vol) in a non-metallic bowl.
- Thoroughly blend to create a smooth and consistent mixture.
- Apply the mixture using your preferred off-the-scalp application technique.
For On-the-Scalp Application:
- Use only 20 Vol Crème Developer.
- Mix 1 oz. of Color Charm Powder Lightener with 2 oz. of Wella Crème Developer.
- Ensure thorough mixing for a smooth consistency.
- Apply the mixture using the on-the-scalp application method.
Important Tips:
- Never shampoo before lightening.
- Perform a strand test before complete application.
- Always wear gloves during the application.
- Avoid using on eyelashes, eyebrows, facial hair, or other body parts.
- Do not use on damaged or compromised hair.
- Do not use in a metal mixing bowl.
- Avoid permanent waving immediately before or after lightening.
- Do not use if the scalp has abrasions or abnormal conditions.
